Below are some website blockers, most if which you can set up for working / specific hours so that you're not susceptible to distraction. After a few weeks apart from the benefit of being more productive, you will probably find that your self discipline has improved to the extent that you no longer need to activate a website blocker.
Time management technique comprising of short sessions of focused activity (25 minutes), with a timer to notify you when that time period is over. Short five minute breaks are encouraged between each session, with a longer break after four sessions.
